We offer two shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding select regions in Asia and remote areas):

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Recommended for faster delivery

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders of $50 or more
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Loungewear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or altered products
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery

Note: Our premium denim collections (including P001 Skinny, P002 Slim, P004 Flare, P005 Slim Straight, P011 Straight Leg, and P018 Wide) are returnable provided all tags are intact and the garment shows no signs of wear.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Submit Your Request: Complete the Return & Exchange Form below and email it to our customer service team within 15 days of delivery
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and respond within 24 hours with authorization and instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Your Return: Use the provided shipping label and send your package to our returns center
  5. Track Your Return: We’ll notify you once we receive and process your return

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or style from our contemporary collections? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your requested exchange item. If your desired exchange is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (excluding select regions in Asia and remote areas), international returns follow the same policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
